Every collection I design begins with a memory. This one lives in Lower Manhattan.

My first trip to New York was circa 1987. I was home on leave from the Air Force.

I visited art galleries in Tribeca. Stark white walls. Gallery staff dressed entirely in black—their uniform.

Later, I had lunch at an old-world restaurant where Wall Street power brokers sat in gray flannel suits. It was early fall. Dark wood. Weathered floors that looked untouched for a century.

Between the dealmaking and the clinking of glasses, the room was pure energy.

I left feeling like I could take on the world.

Our AI-assisted design process reimagines those memories across the foundational collection—the alpha and omega, the beginning and the end. Jet black, clay gray and chalk white form the core.
