Raised in a steel town, shaped by the grit and pride of blue-collar America, and later forged by the sacrifice and valor of service as a U.S. war veteran, Founder, and certified coach, James Edward Billetz has lived and worked the spectrum of American industry. From the factories of the Lehigh Valley to the startups of Silicon Valley, he has seen both the hands that build and the minds that dream—and knows the power of uniting them.

With 40 years of experience spanning military service, professional service, staffing, brand strategy—including positioning, marketing, and advertising—manufacturing with advanced 3D modeling and printing, and software development, James set out to build a venture with the power to transform not just industries, but the economic fabric of a nation. He envisioned a platform that bridges America’s skilled tradespeople with the AI hyperscalers shaping the future—uniting the builders of our physical infrastructure with the architects of our digital one.

OUR NAME

Our name, By the Grace of Code, reflects the belief that technology’s greatest achievements are not the product of human effort alone, but also of a higher purpose—one that calls for both vision and responsibility. In this pursuit, we strive to expand the frontiers of human-AI collaboration while remaining anchored in moral clarity and national purpose.

In the future, By the Grace of Code will embody this mission through the planned development of a safe and secure, fully autonomous AGI coach—one capable of emulating or exceeding human-level intelligence to guide and empower those we serve, from the skilled tradespeople building America’s infrastructure to the innovators designing its digital future.
