AI DESIGNED TO COACH
FOR ALL AMERICANS

PROJECT PHANTOM

The future of coaching. Grows with you. Silently cloaked.

Project Phantom (“Phantom”) is our forward-looking initiative, developed in collaboration with OpenAI’s tools, to build a safe and secure, fully autonomous artificial general intelligence (AGI) coach—one capable of emulating, and ultimately exceeding, human-level intelligence.

Designed to operate in the background, Phantom will move with you—offering real-time clarity, guidance, and adaptability without ever getting in the way. It’s not just smart—it’s situationally aware. Built to evolve, reflect, and adapt with precision, Phantom is engineered for people who operate under pressure, think in systems, and demand insight when it matters most.

This is not the future of coaching. It’s your future—on call, on pace, and always one step ahead.

COACHING FRAMEWORK

Real-time clarity for real-world challenges.

Alignment with the OODA Loop and Context Awareness (Deep Reasoning):

Phantom’s core framework will be the OODA Loop (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act)—a dynamic decision-making process developed for military operations and proven effective in high-stakes environments. OpenAI’s ChatGPT advanced reasoning capabilities, particularly chain-of-thought prompting, make it uniquely well-suited to this framework. Phantom is designed to break down complex challenges step by step: analyzing data (Observe), synthesizing context (Orient), and guiding well-reasoned choices (Decide). This structured approach empowers users to Act with clarity and confidence—where accuracy, adaptability, and foresight are paramount.

Emotional, Social, and Cultural Intelligences (Interrelated Framework):

Phantom will be purpose-built to optimize human interactions through the integration of emotional, social, and cultural intelligences—critical dimensions that enrich and stabilize the OODA Loop. ChatGPT’s ability to understand emotional nuance and social dynamics will enable Phantom to deliver context-aware coaching across diverse group settings. Furthermore, its capacity to reduce hallucinations and address fairness and bias will ensure coaching remains accurate, equitable, and culturally intelligent.

COACHING PROCESS

Break through what’s holding you back. Then build what comes next.

Phantom’s coaching methodology follows a strategic three-phase structure—Context, Content, and Conduct—designed to support human change, growth, and renewal.

Phase I — Context (What’s Happening?):

Phantom begins by helping users gain a clear understanding of their current situation through comprehensive data collection and synthesis. Leveraging chain-of-thought reasoning, Phantom will explore multiple perspectives and evaluate contextual factors, offering deep clarity into what’s unfolding in users’ personal or professional environments.

Phase II — Content (What Really Matters?):

In this phase, Phantom guides users to examine their values, assess options, and weigh consequences. Through advanced step-by-step reasoning, Phantom will deliver nuanced feedback that helps users align their decisions with both short- and long-term goals—ensuring choices are grounded in what truly matters.

Phase III — Conduct (How Do “We” Get There?):

Finally, Phantom supports users in implementing their chosen path through iterative experimentation, structured reflection, and continuous refinement. Whether users are testing strategies or adjusting in real time, Phantom will provide reflective insights and adaptive guidance—fueling growth with every step forward.

WHERE WE ARE NOW

Designing with discipline. Building for safety and trust.

Phantom is currently in the initial design phase, where its architecture, coaching frameworks, and ethical parameters are being defined. Built using OpenAI’s foundation models, Phantom will first launch as a guided AI coaching experience with structured outputs and guardrails—focused on decision-making, values alignment, and real-time reasoning within defined boundaries.

Over time, Phantom is expected to evolve in phases—from semi-autonomous guidance to a fully autonomous AGI-led coaching system. Each phase will be carefully evaluated for safety, effectiveness, and human impact. Early applications will focus on environments where clarity and adaptability are essential—such as mission-critical decision-making, workforce development, and career planning.

This phased approach ensures that as Phantom advances in intelligence, it does so with alignment, trust, and human flourishing at its core.
